What do you like about autumn?
I don't like autumn. :ermm:
You don't even like the fresh pecan nuts? :o
Halloween.
Except there's never any scary films on on Halloween.
What the fuck is that all about, then?
Do you enjoy dressing the kids up like wee idiots?
Autumn's rubbish, I hate all the christmas lights on peoples' houses.
Neighbours stealing your electric again?
That's the best thing about it, Skweeks.
Kids fucking love Halloween. The youngest is dressing up as a Dalek this year.
Can't wait.
Sounds excellent! Can't wait to see
Who has to pay for their water?
I may live in engerlund but I get scottish weather, like.
Everyone pays for their water Bo, it's included in the rates.
Rodded by water, cunt.
No drought for us.

Halloween is fun - remember SGG wanting an Anubis costume when she was 5. Saw a statue of Anubis in one of my history books and was enchanted - weird kid really. Me and the missus made her the costume and she went to school with it - but they were a bit mystified.
I like autumn - the colours on the trees are magical and kicking through dry leaves on a windy night is fun. Less keen on the rain but what can you do :idunno:
Yeah, but there's something nice about going for a walk on a wet windy night, all wrapped up and with your wellies on.
I enjoy the fall. The missus and I thought about moving to California (San Diego) when she was offered a job there. I'm glad we decided against it. I would miss the change of seasons. True story.

Autumn is the best season ever. There's the smell of burning from the farms nearby when I leave work in the evening, the colour of the leaves outside the window, squirrels running about with nuts, the cold mornings and warmer afternoons, cinnamon candles, hot baths, making the xmas cakes and puddings, the twinkly lights start coming out on people's houses, Guy Fawkes night at Ally Pally, the rain, pumpkin carving, pumpkin pie, toffee apples, blackberries, cox's apples, dark nights drawing in, candles, my anniversary, central heating, christmas pressie buying....have I forgotten anything?
I'm going to have to go out and buy some cinnamon candles now.
Eeek! I did forget something: Skweeky's dropping sprogs. Silly me!
Sprog. Just one. I hope :fear:
Yes but I give you a few months for recovery then you can set about making another for the same time next year, no?
Good point. That way I could go back to work in July, go on maternity leave again in October and then be off for a whole year. I like it.
I live in a townhouse, and the maintenance guy rakes the leaves. I especially love autumn, now.

Conkers to you too :snooty:.
You're all conkers as far as I'm concerned.
I can just imagine wee Les going out with a piece of string to find the perfect conker.
Hampstead Heath is orsum in the autumn. Wandering around there is the best thing for me.
The sent of white flowers (Dont know the name)
I forgot to mention bonfires. Bonfires rawk - hard.

Bonfire night is the best.
