Would you consider shipping this item to the American Embassy in London. I would of course be willing to pay the difference in shipping costs. I'd even slip you an extra couple of bucks for your trouble.

I can make my own arrangements to get it from there, don't ask how it's just too risky for an American Citizen to know.
