Is it possible to call someone nearby via bluetooth?
(since it is possible to send files it must be pssible to call , no?)
And if so how does one perform such an act?
free has its advantages.

cause it is free.
If they're close enough to call via bluetooth (which isn't hactually possible as far as I'm aware) then they're close enough to shout at.
I thought it was a 10m range :eyebrows:
Or 100m
Code:Class Maximum Permitted Power mW(dBm) Range(approximate)
Class 1 100 mW (20 dBm) ~100 meters
Class 2 2.5 mW (4 dBm) ~10 meters
Class 3 1 mW (0 dBm) ~1 meter
hence jp wins in trivia
Aren't mobiles class 2 devices tho'?
I thought that only the computer dongle's were 100m, but i've just read somewhere on the interweb that the new phones have 100m range
don't read stuff on the internets, it's all lies. Fact.
Bluetooth is a wireless protocol utilizing short-range communications technology facilitating data transmission over short distances from fixed and mobile devices,
I can shout 100m in 9.51 seconds.
wait let me check....
ok a screamed "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-etc-Argh"
for 1 minute
still no reaction
i could be dieting here.
nope no reaction
I think my "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-etc-Argh"
is out sync.
nuked
shit i have no effect, do i exist?
The answer is technically yes, however I don't think there are any devices that do it.
