There is really no niche left unfilled. Well, that I care about anyway.
I'd create a gazelle based film/tv tracker, but with OiNK-like rules to get people to make their own rips, and not just post Scene. :)
It'd have a bonus system for people that were active on torrents and in the forums.
We'd have strict forum rules to prevent spamming, and encourage conversation on films and TV on the front page.

The scenetorrents part i think all understand, but the usertorrents part is where users can up their stuff, that section will be kinda strictly reglated with rules so no shit gets upped.

I think magazines and comics would be great. No ratio, and a lot of users who just grab a few PDFs a day or whatever.
Peeps could scan in their fave magazines that they buy and be labeled a certain mag uploader :) Would be a cool thing to do imo...
