yeah, I chatted with him few days ago. he isnt so active posting anymore.
he was telling me fst's history. how fst changed name 3 times or two. cant remember exactly.

disintegration of ego as in the release from the confinement of the man-made beliefs, convictions, morals, and codes of conduct ,or like perception without prejudice . it feels great .. too bad it doesn’t stay that way for long
