After looking around for a tiny bit, I'd like to say that it is/was a blog that posted indie/dance music. It was shut down due to funds or something, and then re-opened as a private blog. At least, that's what I gathered from what I looked at.

I'm a member of it-leaked, it's a pretty decent site. Mainly based around filling people's requests for albums. Doesn't matter what/how old it is. The people there are helpful and try to please everyone. I get a lot of my music there.
Edit- Also, no it's not a tracker, it's not BT related at all.

Most of their releases are in VBR format of some kind. Usually they'll get bigger, more anticipated releases before Waffles or What.
