Its a site by Black XP tweaker MR Black , Kirk or what ever his name is these days . I joined awhile ago to get a copy of Black XP 19 at the time .
First thing I noticed was a whole forum on wallpapers . :)

check out interfacelift.com i get most of my wallpapers from there. great site!
It's different. Meaning it's good for a change, but I can't see myself having such a background for a longer time.
