I never get much sleep, so im looking for a good wake-me up that doesnt contain caffein. caffein makes me all shackey and stuff.. any ideas? ill drink coffee if i have to, but id rather not.

hehe i have to wake up in 4.30 hrs.. i need help man.
beer normaly gets my mornings off to a good start if i have had a late night out.
then again it is not normally a good pick me up.
coffee and coke are the only 2 i use otherwise and they contain caffeine :(
I am addicted to Pepsi, one litter a day. When i had more money it was 24 pack a day, sometime it was 2 litters a day.

aacualy i am 150 pounds hella people say i need to gain weght. also this dosent affect my sleep.

I thoght that was for your mind not sleeping.
get extracts of caffine and inject it into your bloodstream, works well, makes you awake for like 2 days
