Inches of snow today and it's 9°F. They're calling for more snow tomorrow and 20mph winds; factor in the wind chill and it's going to be -20°F.
What happened to global warming, ffs? I'm taking a couple of vacation days.

Seems like Mr. global warming resides in norway at the moment. All snow is melted away and it is +2°C (it should be at least -5°C).
We've had a pretty cold winter in the UK this year.
Personally I prefer bright crisp frosty mornings to the warmer rainier ones we've had in previous winters. :dabs:
It's actually been painfully cold for bald folk. :emo:
I've called in (I'm such a Nancy).

Serious.
Obviously when I say "The UK" I mean the civilised parts just south of London...
It's 41°F in London. Lucky, pricks.

Yes, us here up in the wilderness have been lucky so far. The last few days have been lovely. Blue skies and above 0 temperatures.
Here in the US, is freezing, the storms they have in the center of the country are coming our way and the artic cold too.
The wind is vicious. I'm about to let the dog piss on the floor, ffs.

Fuck sake! I come walking out of the gym and it's bloody snowing! The gritters haven't even been out.
We only had a thin layer but it was really slippy. I reversed out of a parking space and my wheels couldn't get any grip for a few seconds!
I think the word you're looking for is slickery.
