GFT IRC Invites Resume

Initially, GFT invites could be obtained from their IRC channel after completing a simple questionnaire. This system was later discontinued and no invites were given via IRC in the last few months. Good news is that GFT staff have begun issuing invites on their invites channel once again. The only requirement to get one is to have a good ratio on a recognized private torrent tracker such as Torrent Damage, SCC, SCT, TorrentLeech, etc.

And yes, it really is that simple. Offer a profile link to an acceptable site, or if it one the admins aren't on, they may request a screenshot instead. If you have good numbers, you're in.

Good to see GFT open up IRC invites again, people were saying they'd not invite anyone until they got a '1337 level', glad to see the staff proving them wrong.

u dont need TBs upped man.. dont go by clicking straight link to invite channel given above.. join the server.. then try joining invite channel.. will have to try try ................until u get in.. hope it wont be long

Does anyone know if it's ONLY the trackers that it says on their channel that are allowed? Because I think KG is a kinda recognized private tracker but i couldn't see it as allowed on their IRC.

This is the last day for the giveaway(count till midnight GMT)the channel changes from (+i)invite only to general mode coz of the so many requests since i broke the news;) so those who are unable to join its not over yet till 00:00 GMT just keep trying or if u know how to use the /msg function just find what i posted earlier as regards this and see who to PM even if you r not in the channel(wink,wink)yes u r that smart lol..good luck!

i was rejected because I didnt have 2 profiles on the trackers they wanted.
i usually go for specialized trackers like hdbits, MV, THC.
I could have easily created accounts on PTN, TL or revTT but I dont want to have accounts on every 0-day tracker just to collect them.
that resumes it.

That's refreshing to hear, BeckS. Not every day you find someone that avoids collecting 0-day trackers and then wishes a tracker good luck after being rejected from it. (Although they did allow for a few non 0-day trackers like what, waffles, bitme, bitmetv, etc.)

But maybe if/when users get invites again, you'll get lucky. Good luck to you. :)

When i got in they never asked me for any 0-day profiles, they asked profiles for 2 of my specialized trackers.

All full 2,500/2,500

When I was in there, they listed those trackers as required to PM certain people. But the main inviters (Morph and BarryWhite), you could've used pretty much anything, including open registration trackers so long as your standing was good enough. It does seem though they had lower ratio expectations for a certain group of trackers. For instance, I hear somebody got in with a .6 ratio at TD. Personally, I just did a full browser screenshot of one of the trackers I'm most active on, and got an invite before I could even post my second tracker screenshot.

Phase 1 is complete, phase two should begin soon where they start ditching all the shitty users :)
