yeah the picture isn't so good, the audio is pretty good though..
its better than nothing ;)
atleast its free, and live man. pretty cool. i admit there movies are crap quality.. but this is cool.
this might help slightly - tools menu, bottom option is pref's, playback settings on the left you can mess about with the buffer
streams not bad now, settings for me are buffered play 69secs, connection 59, server 99 - streams going well just a bit blocky :D

yeah infamous if you got the player just click the link and it should start - heres a link to real player or you should find links to the alternative in the development section here
woo hoo par-tee , fyi if you want to hear a psychadelic freaky soundcast, maybe you could do what i did and block icmp and incoming connections in the real player(i did that and the video is bad and the audio is just plain freaky) thanks for the link, this fight is good.
