what is the best company should i buy from it and why ?
i need great speed and good price

What you ask is impossible I think.
A BestOF from ovh is about 1000€/year

i think the only one that can give you that spec is ovh and its more like 100 euro/year.

Its hard to find a privider that can give you that hardware with 2tb bw/month for that mone.

if you need a good box for a year try vectoral or net direkt
the one upping at 9.4MB/s is a vectoral with windows server 2003
the one upping at 11MB/s is the a direkt with centos/wine/utorrent
both are dedicated 100mbps full duplex and both are un-metered

I think if Manhunt007 want's a box for one year he must buy a dedicated server, because if he buy a shared account, you could lost it if the company that have the server shared suffers a bankruptcy he could lost a lot of money while if he pay the server to OVH in one time, he won´t have any problem because OVH it's a huge company.

In any case, Manhunt007 you should have a lot of care before you buy anything.

But the Kimsufis don´t have guaranteed the 100Mbps, and if you use a huge amount of bandwidth you will be capped to 8Mbps/10Mbps/12 Mbps output, so you decide.

i know he told me that he never capped /and he upload ahuge buffer in most tracker

if you are going to seed on trackers with no other ovh boxes you will have a hardtime to get good speed if the server is moved in to the noSLA mode

Hmm maybe leaseweb. Check out their plans. They probably have guaranteed bandwidth. I once did 12 TB upload (plus at least 5tb download) in one month in one of their servers. Of course, I had to buy the extra bandwidth.
