well that shud be onvious... either they closed or u invite banned
if that message shows instead of the usual "enter email adress" and "message for the invitee" page you're invite privilegies are withdrawn. if it is a response when you try hitting the invite button, i cannot say :P
u may like visiting thr IRC .. many people r facing same problems...
i think its pretty clear when its said u cannot use your invite at this moment.
some countries cannot use invites because of many reasons
