i would also like to know ;)
Proxyrama its free it gets the proxys from web pages for you it allows you to chain anon proxys.....
Proximitron. I Believe they dont offer support and upgrades anymore, but still the best and advanced. Advanced users will just love this!
i like this one also, it will google for a list of proxies, it will check them, you can use a chain...... well enough saidQuote:

ok, download and installed. loaded my list of proxies, changed IE and Opera settings to 127.0.0.1:80 and selected verify. then I get "Invalid IP! Please correct before verifying". I verified a bunch and they were valid. So I deleted all but 5 verified proxies, still Proxyrama displays that message. What am I doing wrong? :(Quote:

are you chaining them?? and is this error from proxyrama or opera??
the problem is any IP loaded, searched or pasted in there when i click verify, immediatley proxyrama responds with that message. I didn't think it would be that complicated, seeing that the programmer doesn't have a help file, per say. :)
I had the exact same problem nikita. My first thought was Sygate was interfering, so I "allowed all" then rebooted. Then ran proxyrama and it worked. Problem is, I've noticed "allowing all" and "blocking all" screws up sygate sometimes so I don't use those at all anymore.
are you using the same port as proxyrama??Quote:

Use A4Proxy, its the best. You can find the full version on eMule. I will be uploading it to my site later, but it would be quicker to get it from eMule.
@MediaSlayer - I allowed all, rebooted. didn't work. I rebooted without sygate and didn't work.
@MM - IE & Opera proxy settings are turned off. besides I tried several other ports and confirmed that they going thru (open) still does go.
@Agent Smit - I could've sworn that I tried it before and didn't like (i could be mistaken) besides, I don't have eMule and don't intend on getting it. Maybe once u uploaded i'll get it from you.
Here's what I need (i had a program in the past yet can't find it cos i forgot it's name :( )
check multiple proxies
verfiy them
able to tell whether this/that proxy is trans, anon, hi-anon, ssl, country, uptime est.(is a plus), speed
smooth proxy chain (advanced features is ok)
now here's what i tried:
proxyhunter - tells me that proxies are not up (yet able to use them thru IE)
proxyrama - same
proxypal - great, yet not for what i need
MultiProxy - testing
ProxyChain - very slow
proxySwitcher Standard - standard it's several features i want don't exist.
hey boss you need to chain 2 of them and use i think its port 3128 in opera or ie, once you got to switch you will see the port it uses and you need to set the same port in opera with localhost not 127.0.0.1
How to use the proxy server:
1. Check all your proxies to see which ones can be chained. You only have to do this the first time, because previous versions didn't check for that.
2. Add some to the chain list by right clicking them and selecting "add to proxy chain". I'd recommend you use 2-4 proxies there. It MUST be more than one.
3. Click 'switch to proxy mode'.
4. Select a port if you're uncomfortable with the default 3128.
5. Click 'enable proxy'.
6. Configure your browser to use 'localhost:3128' for http (or whatever port you chose).
7. If you want to, you can minimize proxyrama to the systray now.
8. Surf.
@MM - i'm not at the step ur referring to. i'm not even able to verify the proxies first.
A4Proxy does the exact thing you want. I am having a little troble uploading to the server, so i am going to try another. Give me a little bit and i will PM you.Quote:
