is your keyboard windows-ready [no software drivers required to work] or does it use some software to interface with the computer. if the later is the case, you might have messed up the settings accidently.

First of all... What Windows version do you have?
To change input language in Windows XP do this:
Start>Control Panel>Switch to Classic View>Regional and Language Options>Languages tab>Details.
You can see all the settings there.
just thinking....does 'frenching' the keyboard really remove the slashes?....the french don't use slahses?... :unsure:
