Demonoid sometimes require an invite, but it is by far the best, easy to access, tracker for music. In fact I tend to use it more than What or Waffles.

Besides that, warez forums are very excellent for music. Check out Warez-BB and Funkysouls.

Raaga is the best. Try it, its online with hugh collection of music albums from all over the world.

I get all music I need at myspace. Just have to use download helper for firefox and magic happens :)
