All this information is on the donate page on SCT. Depending on how payment was made it can take up to an additional 7 days for the payment to clear. If it was via paypal then you can pm staff 2 days after the paypal transaction is shown as completed.
I might ask the staff. If they get a chargeback you could lose your account.
