Of course not, but one has to consider his ratio proof and make a deduction.
For example, if I were a tracker admin I wouldn't ban him just because there is a user by the same name on a cheating forum that may or may not be him... I'd do further investigation. But here we're not banning him so it's much easier to just say, "yeah he's definitely a cheater."

alright, sorry I went on vacation and had no time to defend myself, so my friend has this business and he runs servers that are located some where in the world, they have very fast internet speeds, since I am his friend I asked for one so that I could use it as a seedbox, so on I download popular files that will require a lot of seeding and then just let it sit for a couple days until the file is no longer needed to be seeded, then I will get some more popular files, and I have been doing this since I was member there, I also did this on blackcats, the downside is that I cannot get the files I download and seed onto my personal computer but I am still able to contribute to the community, I just download the files I personally want on my home computer while the other torrents do their thing on my "seedbox", I really dont know what a seedbox is but im guessing that what I am doing is very similar to the nature of seedboxes, hope this clears things up
