Several tweak programs, NeoTweak and Tweak XP, have that option.
D/L Tweak UI and there is an option is there to leave them off or make them custom, if u need a link pm me plz.

go to microsoft and download the version for either XP or 98 & the rest..its freeware
well i used tweak xp but i dont really like it b/c then you dont know if your selectin a short cut or what because im extremely stupid but ya thats all i did when i tested it out
tweakui for xp is the best one for xp i tend to think, theres lots of other little tweak programs incorporating this into there programs nowadays
i need some of those

Microangelo will also allow you to do this and is also a nice icon related app B)

I installed it, but cant see where to use the so say features...Where? ;)
ok on the right go to the explorer tab, then to shorcuts and its your choice from there!
