I remember being in Vegas a few years ago and you always got free refills on fresh orange juice. It was so bloody tasty. Over here you pay an arm and a leg if you want fresh OJ.
I think this is the reason they have started mixing it with lemonade...

In the netherlands they have something called 'Patatje Oorlog' (wee potato war), it's chips with warm peanut sauce, mayo, curry sauce and chopped onions. It's fucking tasty as well
