How do you become a moderator or manager? Any advice would be helpful.
Post news and you could become a news poster/moderator. Post NZBs and you can become an NZB poster/moderator. Be really active in the BT sections and you could become a BT Moderator.
Other than that, just contribute to the site and follow the rules and you will be helping out.
How about post count. Obviously I can't compare to someone like you because I just joined.

Post count is the number of posts that you have made.
It is not a guage of the quality of those posts.

Otherwise you'd probably have to become a regular poster on the board, and then you might be recruited eventually to replace other mods as they lose interest and drop off.
