Which is the tracker with the fastest download speed?
i'd say sct but who cares.

Your question is somewhat unclear. You should specify what kind of trackers you mean.
Are you interested in general trackers or hd content or mp3?
If your looking for absolutely the best speeds, yes, its probably ScT and SCC. They get 10-15 seeders AT LEAST on even the most obscure of torrents before they even come on the browse page (auto rss feeds). Use freeleech packs to build a ratio.
Although, unless you have a massive pipe and absolutely must get the latest releases in a few seconds less time, it really doesn't matter much like others have said. I use TL the most, and like disme said, better retention.
Retention, filled requests and not being afraid you will end up with a shitty ratio is way better to measure the quality of a tracker imo.
I'd say I agree with cinephilia about the 'who cares' part of his post.

SCT has a ridonculous number of overseeders with gigabit servers and/or multiple servers.

There is a torrent site faster than SCT (if you're on gigabit). The picture below is a random picture taken from it and it is from one TV torrent less than 1 minute from pre at the time. I didn't want to take a picture that was 100MB/s cuz it would be to flashy so I took a random pic.
Either way SCT is very fast for gigabit. If you're on 100megabit/s then FTN, SCT, SCC, and a couple of others will max out your download on almost everything.

I would say sct as its a exellent tracker.
People, give us speeds in MBps of each said sites; Would make it more interesting and easier to compare, and if home or box connection
Im on a 750kBps:P, always max out on scc, old or new content
I can download at 4200kB/s, but usually cap at 3200kB/s so I can upload at 3000kB/s++ and not fall too far behind the seedboxes. It works great.
SCT if I need something ASAP.
all the decent trackers can provide you full speed depends on the seeders or if the uploader has a seedbox along with others and forever private :)

Nice but if I had that kind of speed then I wouldn't have to stare blankly at my computer computer for hours on end while the files download.

80 mb/s is their standard speed.
