Same here. To me it looks like a phishing or fake site, just like Filelist2.org.
Its real. Logged in and everything is just the same except only a handful or torrents which was expected.
I gave it a try and it has my stats from the original FL. There is a recovery link for the more suspicious on the home page.

That hasn't always been the case tho. I remember back about 7 years ago they were one of the best behind TorrentBits if my memory serves me correct cuz I would occasionally grab a new rls from there to re-encode to KVCD and up it to the late Phoenix-Torrents where I was an encoder/supermod.
