pisexy and thors believe it or not. newsgroups are better though. tl has the biggest selection. bithq not far behind. scc and sct for oday tv dvdr and tdc has a decent selection too. bitt.ro has some if u can play pal.

The whole reason to download a DVDR is so that you get good quality video. When you convert xvid to vob you rape the video. Xvid is barely watchable on a TV as it is.

I am a member of BitHQ - that's great too, but more for films than TV really.
tti has a pretty nice tv dvdr collection so does dvdrsource they have been releasing some tv dvdrs recently
