If you have Shadows 5.8.3 there is an pause option. To resume, just save to the same filepath as before. ;)
I dunno of other clients.
You can just cancle it, you wont loose anything. To resume later just safe it again in the same directory.
Benno is right .. :) Just a small add-on to be sure to find the torrent back just safe the torrent to disk 1st! :)Quote:

why do you have to pause it so quick?

http://home.elp.rr.com/tur/download.html
the best imo
But When I shut down the pc It won't be lost right?
no, just open up the torrent to the same place
it will take a few to scan the file and see what you got and don't got, then it will continue whare you left off
thank you you've just saved my ass
It can be used for the old bittorrent started downloads? and if it is possible how?
if you just exit the download, and then when you start the download again, as long as you point it to the same locations it will start where it left off after it scans the file to see where it left off.
I am not sure it worked because I've just started something and i am not sure if it resumed..........
I nedeed this because if the games are not on kazaa lite I can't download it in a day........ in a week because I've got a 64k broadband
You can tell, u can look at the top and see the percentage.
Don't start a new post about the same thing. (I know this is the original)

I have to start a new download of the same but to the same directory, right?
A Broadband cheaper that it's limits match the price
17$ = 64k 40$ = 120k too expensive for me
Right so it can check the existing file so it can resume.
but it starts all over again!!!!!!!11
It shouldn't, just open the torrent then when the bittorrent window opens select the same directory u were downloading to the very first time
