I would like to warn you that a steam account can always be recovered later by providing evidence of the payment email or receipt. And i mean always.
And then you won't be able to prove you were scammed.

Someone explain to me what is the difference between trading money or giving a steam account with 2 games on it?

I mean its around $20 dollars in games.......
