There are lot of alternatives , ofcourse scc is the best of them but they have a good reason for banning romanian users however, not all of them are bad users ,sorry for you.

i cant think of any tracker i havnt been on at one time or another, and an uploader on most of them, and in my opinion FTN is on top now and was before sct or any other tracker went into the internt ether.
