Recently they had some problems with mail system or smth, confirmation mail's didn't come, problems with pssw recovery, maybe same problem here.

I tried the forgot pwd form at it found my email address in the system, so I will bet this is a technical glitch.

so its their problem

is it possible on this tracker cancel the invite and send it again?

I too was able to solve my invite problem by going to their IRC channel for help.
