Just to let you know, I never heard about this interview, and wanted to join What.CD since a couple of weeks.
Just read it about the interview, worked about 15 minutes (but already knew my subject quite well ;)), then passed the interview with success.
So, as the others say: it's just little effort and you're in ;)
