just wanted to know if there were new rules regarding access to the invite section, as I can't access it, while it seems that I have the min requirements regarding to the rules.

ok it seems my problem is finally solved. Don't know where the problem came, but everything's fine now :)
It's normal.
Unfortunately, the way it works is:
You must make minimum 2 posts.
You must be a member minimum of 15 days.
You are then upgraded 30 minutes after the next time you log into the site after being a member for 15 days. I cannot fix this, it's the way vBulletin works.
this really explains that section well as it answers my question aswell. I am not new to the sharing scene but am to this site. It was suggested by a good friend of mine. this explains much. THANKS!

I changed my registered email yesterday. How do I reconfirm my account?
An e-mail message with a confirmation link should have arrived to your new address - click it and you're done.
If you haven't received the message wait until a Manager sees your post and manually confirms your account.

The fact that you sell invites anywhere precludes the possiblity that I can allow you to obtain them here ( to sell elsewhere).
so thats mean i only can trade? i receive infraction for asking :(

that why i need to clarify certain thing before do it. they say cannot sell here, but trade is allowed.. if they ALSO not allowed me to trade, what is the reason they leave other people trade? nobody can guarantee that trader will not trade/sell elsewhere

Now, cut the rhetorical crap, what was done was perfectly acceptable and in line with FST's community best interests.
Well that is a turn up for the books, seller/trader that thinks trade is bad, they are usually so busy defending themselves and what they are doing.
A refreshing point of view, but sadly no wanting sellings here..........
