No disrespect but give them a hint or something. How can they give reasons for wanting to join and not have any idea of what they are applying to? Other than that, good luck.

So, what is the value of joining a tracker/or forum with unknown advantages,
if you are looking for good member, you have to give more info, may be at pm for everyone how is interesting (if you want to avoid publicity).
otherwise, you will add more and more collectors, that are not going to use their new accounts.
