Ultimate request --FTN--

I would like to get an FTN invite. I am looking for it for a long time.

Why do I want this invite?
- It is ratio free. This is the most important thing for me, because as some of you know, i don't have seedbox. I think there is minimum seed time on FTN, but it can't be a problem, i can keep torrents alive for months if it is necessary. The oldest torrent in my client was more than 6 months old.
- It has great speed.
- It has great pretimes.
- It has a great community.


What can I offer to FTN?
As I don't have seedbox and it is a 0day tracker I can't upload torrents, but i can offer a trusted active member. As I mentioned I can keep torrents alive for a long time. I would become an active member of the FTN community by commenting torrents and posting to the forums.

I usually don't bother in people's requests and point out their flawed statements, but I will in this one, only to offer advice.

You have the right to request an invite to any tracker, but people really need to stop using the no ratio excuse for this tracker. This may have been the most important(and valid) reason a couple years ago. But nowadays, there are other 0day trackers that are no ratio that are just as good or better than FTN. Plus, sites like RevTT, TL, and IPT may have traditional ratio systems, but they are extremely easy to maintain that ratio due to the level of activity. And they even have more content than FTN. Plus, IPT even has an extremely generous bonus system that gives help for ratio.

Those were probably the best reasons that you can give that would make members interested in inviting you. Instead of the generic reasons in the first two quotes that everyone uses in their requests.

You seem like a decent, pretty active, member with no trades(but with some public giveaways, that always do more harm than good when requesting an invite). So I hope you receiving an invite happens for you.

you migrate from a request to another.

The title itself is enough to turn me off as it demonstrates that you still view a trackers worth based mainly on it's exclusivity .

If what others said is true (and I guess it is) you don't really need a ftn invite... didn't see your other request but maybe you should just stick to that one and forget about requesting ftn =/

I'm sure you aren't actually ready for it, but you think you're ready. A lot of people feel overwhelmed with seeding minimum times instead of the general habit of can the torrent once it's dead to make room for the next.

Well. Thanks for the origin of the quote, I had only heard the Chuck Norris variation, and never bothered to see if it actually originated there. More knowledge is always good.

As for having humility, obviously it doesn't when anyone who tries to post threads like these ends up getting mocked. What FTN prides is not elitism or having 3 to 5 GBit seedboxes all seeding at the same time (although it wouldn't be a bad thing), but I'm sure you understand full well what I mean when I say there's more to a tracker, than a tracker. This is another "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts." I'm sure FTN will survive without another average leech.

That's not to even mention that, he could not possibly know whether he's ready or not until he tries something out for himself. That's like saying "I'm ready to operate on someone's brain, so someone please teach me." How could I possibly know whether I am ready or not without first testing waters to see if I like it or not?

Anyways, I've ranted enough. Sorry to the OP, I'm not trying to rain on your parade. Good luck getting FTN.
