I don't believe there are sufficient reasons to close review threads, as more often than not some intervenients are linked to new trackers, and this can be used to shed info on those same people.
If it's dead it should be closed imo, if there is anything else to discuss, it can be done in the bittorrent section. If a new tracker comes up with some former staffers, I'm sure there will be a new review thread soon enough.
But, is it important? No.
Do I really care? Not at all.
I think this is definitively Died, no return, nothing!
