I;m not bagging sites with fast pre times I just don't believe it really matters if a site gets it a couple of seconds faster than a competitor.
HOWEVER I do have a problem with pres not ending up on sites after a few hours.
Now correlate those facts with how many of those uploads were actually worth downloading and then get back to me with that data.
