I go to bed between 1AM-3AM, mainly because I'm used to starting work at that time :huh:.

Meh - I fall asleep at 8 these days, then I get up at 6 the next morning.
Mind, I have to get up like 8 times to go for a pee so it just about evens out at 8 hours of sleep if I'm lucky.

Not that much... Though usually there's a day in the week when I sleep like 12 hours, just to get back some lost sleep. Weird schedules.
