I've registered to HDChina and I'm trying download little files to earn 1500 points in 7 days. But all the torrents are red and writes HTTP Error 500 or Tracker Sending Invalid Data <NULL>. I've uploaded at least 20 gigs in one night and tracker shows me just 9 gbs. I'm using the latest version of utorrent. Does anyone have the same problems?
I signed up there too yesterday.
What's that story with the 1500 points?

atleast 10-20 torrents seeding from today,i dont download that much,and i heard points are hard to get there,i have only downloaded one torrent yet :(

It probably related to large amount of new registered members(from original 20000 to 35000+) causing a server overload and hacker attack,
The point system used a formula depending on several factors such as the number, the timespan,the size and the speed of the seeds etc.
Usually if you could seed 10+ seeds with 7/24, you can get about 10 points per hour. That equals to 10x24x7=1480 points one week.
i had the same issue. i permanently allowed some ip's in peerblock and it was downloading normally.Quote:

hm!! in the utorrent the tracker says "HTTP Error 500"... so the download won't start..
and what i downloaded last evening is not connectable!!!! so in this rhytm, i doubt i would get even 1 point!!!
anyway, the site is great, hope they fix their issues!!!

BT should be about your ratio, not some stupid points. I won't bother trying to use the account (site is too slow anyway).
You just need grab more than 50 torrents: 24*25=600 points for 24hour...

The 1500 points thing is silly, yes... they could at least give you more time. :ermm:
HTTP 500 (or 502) errors in your client are probably caused by their high server load or the hacking attempts they mentioned.

This is the DUMBEST idea in the history of Torrent and man-kind. Points?! 1500 at that? Download up to FORTY or FIFTY torrents at once and seed continuously 24 hrs for 7 days straight? Do I have this info right?
I thought the consensus was that HDChina was one of the elite HD trackers. From browsing and seeing what they offer along w/ the # of seeders/leechers, and w/ this cockamamie point system signup, I'd say it's on par w/ the lower-end of HD trackers. And as far as Chinese trackers go, I'd place CHDbits and HDstar above, as well.
Very disappointed and agree w/ what everyone else is bitching about, too.
^^Its just a way to prune out those inactive accounts.
The new rule is that if ur account doesn't have any leeching or seeding activity,the account will be removed.

I registered too but i think that until it`s published on their "Home" page we can`t trust to forums about the 1500 points. I hope that this rule will be vanished too :)
I'm sure a lot of people will get whatever they can during those 7 days and will be happy to get kicked out than =/
