I don't think they have freeleech files, however, they do have site-wide freeleeches every now and again.
I believe if you have enough points, you can also buy freeleech for yourself for a certain number of hours. :)
There are free leech torrents if you know where to look. You have to search free in the search box or something like that.
Just click on tags in the search box and type free leech. Click enter. Currently there are over 200 free leech torrents.

Alternatively, search for "is:free" in the search box. There are currently 254 freeleech torrents.

They have a few albuns in FreeLeech. But, if you donate, you have an opportunity to change points for FreeLeech or invites :)

No such thing as freeleech on Waffles. They are mostly into seeing suffer and pain in waffles and kittens.
