As for me, I hate them both. It's between B.Roy and K.Durant as far as I'm concerned. :01:

I take it they're big in America then? I have no idea who you're talking about here...
Kobe !
I dont no much about it, but everyone round knows Kobes the greatest.
for sure not kobe, he's pretty much just bringing the lakers down this season. Lebron is playing his ass off, and so is d wade. I like steph curry, tho :)
thats easy... kobe! ;)
I dont know this is kind of tough to call. LeBron still hasn't reached his full potential and Kobe is gettign a little old.
Right now Id probably go with Kobe though just because of his game intelligence and the way he cuts corners to make up for his age. Only somebody with a lot of experince can do what Kobe does.
LeBron is going to surpass Kobe in the future though. This guy has tremendous athletic abilities. He might even surpass Michael Jordan(a lot of people think this).
I think that LeBron could be the next Magic if he wanted to. He has great court vision and is strong and relatively tall (but still not as tall as Magic). If he wants to surpass MJ, he has to develop a mid range game (backdown-fadeaway Jordan style). We all know that he's not a shooter (btw his shot mechanics suck bigtime).
But yeah, I agree, Kobe's basketball IQ is generally higher and he has LOTS of experience. The one thing he lacks is being ultra clutch, like in the NBA finals (Fisher, Rice, Shaq, Horry, Odom,... to the rescue).
Lebron( My jersey number was 23 and not 24 )
Kobe !
Neither posses the sweet outside set shot of Dolph Schayes or can claim to playing an entire season with a broken arm like he did .
Punks.
I'd rather have Lebron as my franchise player, his skill set is much more impressive than Kobe.
Skill set? What skills are you talking about? Dunking? The infamous crab dribble, or the infamous 6-step-no-call-travel?
Btw, Kobe used to be a dunking machine:

Now that last one was almost jordanesque. Almost. :shifty:
PS: Sorry about the quality, couldn't find a better one of these top 10.
Lebron can play over 3 maybe 4 positions effectively, he's like a PG with the body of PF and the speed of a SG. Kobe is a shooting guard,a great one but nevertheless a guard.
The only thing "jordanesque" about Kobe is he thinks he's even close to Jordan, which he's not. In short Jordan did much more with much less(not to knock great's like Horace Grant and Luc Longley, but they were no Shaq and Pau Gasol).
I agree about Kobe, but what does it help LeBron if he can play 3-4 positions if he rarely does it. Like I said if he played a PF or a pass first PG he could have had more than one title by now as well as gaining more respect.
But I don't think any of them are as good as people think. Like I've said, look out for Durant!
LeBron > Kobe
Def. Kobe
LeBron!
Kobe FTW!
Kobe is a better scorer but Lebron is more versatile.
Don't like them. If I have to choose, let it be Kobe
Kobe, Lebron needs to be able to hit every single shot when it's needed, like Kobe, to be at this level. He has tons of time though.
And no Martin, it's not Roy or Durant, they're both not that good enough yet :P
KoBe !
Kobe ftw!
Kobe, but LeBron james is still young and get a lot potentials
Kobe
He is the player who I most love
Lebron!
Kobe:D
kobe baby the black mamba
Kobe
Hmph. Everyone on here is saying Kobe because his body of work is better than Lebron.
Fair enough.
He has 4 rings, an MVP, and an 81-point game.
However, right now Lebron is the best and most dominate player in the NBA.
Kobe has had the benefit in his first 3 Championships of having an even more dominate player on his team.....Shaq. In his last Championship (and even now), he had the benefit of a friggin ringer squad on his team and a Garnettless Celtic team that couldn't pass muster in the Eastern Conference.
Kobe is a scorer, a prolific scorer, nothing more.
Lebron is a prolific scores, passer, and shot blocker, and...fuck...his stat line this year shatters Kobe's.
Here's an easy question. If you are starting a team right now? Kobe or Lebron.
You say the older Kobe Bryant, you are a fool and know nothing about basketball.
Lebron has no Gasol, Bynum, Artest, or even Lamar Odom. The closest is Moe Williams and we dunno how Jamison will work out.
Someo' you guys are on crack.
I've take Kobe at his peak - he is clutch.
Kobe is the most complete player. But I believe K Durant will be just as good as he gets older and more experienced, barring injury.
:)kobe.
LEBron will eat Kobe for breakfast.
Kobe :)
