depends where you want it - but I would probably say leaseweb/ovh for that price.
i forget to tell i would prefer unlimited traffic to speed
You won't get anything decent dedicated for 40 euros that is unlimited. Certainly nothing from leaseweb or OVH.
You could try xirvik semi-dedicated, those you will certainly get a decent transfer and still OK HDD space.
Or one of our 2009+ plans which are OVH and unlimited too, though you'd get more HDD but less RAM (not a problem if you don't care about peak speed but more average transfer).
Otherwise you can try fastsh.it but they don't have any VPS free currently, but the weekend is coming up so you could get lucky then.
40 euro is not a small amount
anyway it all depends on which tracker u want to use the seedbox mainly.
1 gbps is required for SCC, revtt and bitmetv
otherwise normal seedbox will do

half the world is a reseller of ovh and server.lu
setup fees are high and u will have to pay taxes also, but if u can manage servers than this is the best.
as ovh service is really bad.
if u have any problems in handling servers based on linux just pm me and i will help u out with almost every thing except hardware problems.
this is expensive but a great seedbox with good speed.
11.5 mbps guaranteed up and down, if u put the right torrent at the right time.

this is very good offer, just if u can pm me ss of this seedbox i would be thankfull, just try to use scc archive section
pick up the torrents as soon as they are relased and then ckeck the speed.
this will push your seed box to its limit.

Well you asked for unlimited and you certainly won't get that from ultraseeds who are obviously using OVH. But enjoy it anyway, GBit can be much better than a dedicated 100Mbit :)

I’ve been using it for a while so here are my impressions.
Well, to tell the truth I’m quite experienced seedbox user, I’ve got through a lot of services including ovh, xirvik, feral and now I’ve tried new one - seedbox.org.ua.
There is just Russian localization but staff can speak English. All questions I had I got the answer to. So, do not hesitate and write to manager and ask all the questions.
I got dedicated SX20+ pack to get what I need (1TB HDD, 1GB RAM, personal IP),

I suppose it can beat any nowadays great services like ovh, xirvik etc .
If you're using .ru or .ua-based trackers - as with your screenshot - then everything should be fine with seedbox.org.ua. Once you have to seed for international trackers things are going worse, for example, I get just 1MBps download speed from 1 seedbox.org.ua user, so I need about 10 .ua seedboxes to max out my OVH server connection.
The seedbox servers are located in data center, there is no matter what tracker you are using.Quote:

Anyway the question was what's the best seedbox for a cheap price, and the UA-boxes you're speaking about are obviously the top configurations like sx20 or higher, so you have to pay 59$/mth even when buying the service for 3+ months, which isn't cheap.
That was just the regular screen which I took in 1 sec, to show the peer list, that they are not UA or RU located. Speeds can really be much higher and not only down but as well up. Comparing seedbox.org.ua service with its more famous rivals from West, especially regarding SAS50 pack (may bring 40-50MBps up) it becomes obvious that the price is much lower but the service is on the high level.Quote:

The site declares specific speeds, they are for SX20+ - ~20MBps and for SAS50 - ~50MBps. You probably should know that any 1 GBit service can not guarantee 80-90 MBps speeds. The 'trouble-zone' of every 1 Gbit service - is HDD system, and its efficiency IOPS, the discs can not accumulate those speed that is given by the service.Quote:

Hmm, fellas ... Actually i got SX20+ dedicated server. At first, i could not imagine to spend that much money ... friend of mine wa trying to hook me up to the newsgroups like for ages (there was just $35 for the diamond account) But after short usage and support level i think someone has to shoot me before i will let it go!
I cannot argue that trackers deployed in UA-IX and folk using ftp over local networks have advantage but i use like 30 trackers and have a few Sysops as my buddies and they have only good experience with that service.
So i naturally spread a good news. Even put the ad on my tracker. So, i would say that support is superb like 24 7 365
BitMeTV, AL, hdbits.org CHD HDC and many other ones beautiful places have no problem with this service and i didn't heard any complaint on TPS rep board ...

I prefer seedplace. I've experienced with 4 service providers and this is my last one. Overall, $38 euro a month is ok, low ram such as 1GB and 1.2Ghz CPU but still does the job properly. It really depends on what trackers / torrents / TB you after, normally you should reach to 3TB above easily.
40 euro is not a small amount for me too,i am seeking a 10 usd plan haha

If your looking for a seedbox I have been using http://www.seedbox.org.ua/ the speeds are awesome. I am on the SAS50 package and have seen speeds of 63mb/s download and over 30mb/s upload! I am a USA user and can max out my home connection thru ftp with no problems. Ive had OVH servers before and my ftp speeds were not that great. The seedboxes have no data limit unlike the 3TB OVH seedboxes have so you dont need to worry about usage limits. They have different plans available and the prices are good.

Well, I've also have some previous experience using low-end shared plans of different companies - the result - I dumb them and decided that only the dedicated seedboxes may bring me needed output on those private trackers that I'm in. Now I'm with seedbox.org.ua, as I've already written, and I'm fully satisfied receiving easily 20 MB/sec up/down.
