this isn't a topic for the gameworld, but to answer your question, only the admid can delete accounts. I'm not really sure if mods can, but they'll have a more accurate answer.

The admins delete old, inactive accounts all the time. It's probably based on the length of inactivity.

We just delete new not activated accounts after 7 days. Thats all.

But if someone is very pissed of this forum, PM me and maybe i'll delete your account.

I meant to do that but i didn't. Something didn't worked correctly; also active members were deleted. So i let it.
