Sparvar? All I know is that it's a DVD tracker, and seemingly a good one at that.
It's a decent website from what I hear. Yes they're mainly a DVD place that has a great collection, and usually has nordic subtitles (since it's a nordic tracker). The only reason you'd join here is if you've absolutely cycled through all other english speaking trackers, and absolutely couldn't find a home.
Many people look for it, because it's the replacement for the defunct swedvdr.
