How Fast Can You Type?

How fast can you type? If you are not sure, take this Typing Test.

In 1 minute, I got 55 words per minute with 2 words incorrect.

EDIT: Changed the test, so people can't cheat. Thanks Infested Cats!

*BTW: it sucks that you can't use the Enter key to submit your time.

i just got 72 wmph.... ive gotten faster before...once i got 500+ wmph but that was for like 2 secs cuzi just pressed sdokfsdjn;lkfsd really fast but i think my typin skill is like 80-90 1337 skills...been usin pc for more then 7 years

For you copy-pasters, perhaps you should try a different typing-test:

WTF i typed this in about a minute and it says i typed only 9 wpm??

Well this thread backfired lol. It seems the fastest typist so far is Infested Cats. Keikan, I edited my first post, try that test and lets see lol.

If you're going to try this typing-test, I reccomend starting out with 3mins on the clock, with the "Strategic Alliances with Competitors" test text. I find that to be the easiest text.

As you get better, pick differnt texts, and less time.

Time: 3mins

I guess it depends on the quality of cybe..erm..conversation multiplied by the fastness of your fingers minus the amount of alcohol consumed. ;)

I type at around 60 wpm but the highest I&#39;ve ever recieved was 70 wpm.

I actually got 29wpm which is crap but I spent half the time reading what to type next, I bet I can type a damn site fast than that if I know what I got to type :D
