It was indicator u will be ban in another 2 weeks. kinda of early warning.

stfu HDBits. It just means that multiple people are using an account on the same IP
It's ment to be a thing to show the staffers that more that an ip is being used for more than one member. Using a shared seedbox can cause it I belive. So can dupes...
I may be wrong tho.
