hmmm, rice krispie treats - would you just throw in a bar of chocolate at step 1 to make coco pops treats?
back to the original question - i think rice krispies is just baked rice, a bit like pop corn
Indeed, but I tried one to cook some like popcorn but, some of them poped, but it wasn't good enough. I thing you have to choose a special category of rice, & ccok it in a special way, not just like popcorns.
In the spirit of Halloween, you could try gathering about 2 pounds of maggots and freeze-drying them................let me know how it turns out. ;)
I'm a vegetarian :x You bloody beatlejuice :lol:Quote:

Hey I don't live in a peacefull eastern city like StraBburg
I live in the suburbs of Paris. If I do that, the shopkeeper will shot me in the back with a rifle
i think he's got a point, just going to the shops (with cash) and buying a box of krispies is easier than making your own - you probably won't save that much money anyway, plus you get those crappy goodies
Assuming were all talking about the same sort of treat that's in the form of a rectangle, don't Rice Krispies treats come ready made? Wouldn't it be easier to just buy them instead.
why do you have to make them, thats impossible, just get the generic bag, its found under all the other cereals, it usually made at the same factory, but cost allot less
Snap  Crackle  Pop
In france we havemany generic bags of hooney-pops, choco-pops, frosties, cornflakes, but none of rice krispies.Quote:

And I assure you that I' would save save a lot of money making them.
but you don't seem to realize you can't make them, its a special machine that extrudes it, then its air dried, unless you got few million dollars, you can't do it
 Buy In Mega-BULK!
eh oh! Yes, we have "generic" rice krispies, but they just taste like sh*t!Quote:

but muchspl2 has a point: you can't make them yourself. Steal them!
Really  I've never see some before. It must be because we don't live in the same region. <_<Quote:

I think I'm going to kill first the shopkeeper, so that he can't bother me, then I grap the boxes.
a less violent method would be to pick up a box and eat its contents behind an aisleQuote:
