It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia can be awesome but for a while there in the middle it gets dumb.
I'll recommend Entourage!!!
Check out "My Boys" on TBS. Just caught a couple episodes the other night. Pretty funny.

I hate watching TV series, but I love big bang. But I guess you have to be a nerd yourself to get the full amusement out of it.

I watch house too. Religuosly, sometimes more than once. Haven's pretty good. As are pure pwnage, entourage, curb your enthusiasm and ghost whisperer.
Big Bang Theory is a little better than HIMYM. HIMYM has its moments, but sometimes they're annoying. TBBT is awesome! Especially season 3!

Entourage is actually the best show I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. Other than that, Prison Break and True Blood is some great ones too. You should check it out!
