IPT has some 350MB rips, other than that there's a blog with the same name as the tracker you mentioned that offers one-click hoster links to RMVB movies.
Yep ..I think some one named DAYN releases some compressed release.But rmvbusters are far better than both

I dont know of any trackers but warez sites like Warez-BB etc are the definitive places to find such rips,lots and lots of it.

Those are free premium link generators where you copy the download links to their site and download via their FTP.There are more such sites if you dig into the interwebz,especially keep an eye on the warez-bb linky heaven subforum,there you find such stuff.Anyway you wont find what you are looking for in private trackers like you see them in warez forums.
