I loved Mafia 1 because it was a linear experience with a well written story, so I'll be picking this up too :)

didt try it but from what i heard this isnt the game i expected when i saw it on my friend PC, i didnt say this is a bad game but when i can aim while am undercover and score a head shot or be killed with a head shot while am at a moving car i dont like game that much!!
i am on 7 mission and it crashes.. when i put skidrow fix it also craches but in loading,
anyone have similar problem ? i must start from begining right..

Played the full game on crackfix.
Its a good game, but I feel like mafia 1 was far better. This one is very linear.
This game isn't bad, way too short though..I have it for the PS3. (The graphics on the PS3 version look like shite btw)

I quite enjoyed it, although I knew what I was getting into (linear-rails type) from other reviews. Yes, it was too short considering the lack of side-quests.

really disappointed, i mean the map is huge but you can't do anything in it, no drive-by shooting&jumping out of moving vehicles. the game is kinda short too and no side missions.
to it's favor i must say the cut-scenes are great and i really enjoyed wathing them.
For me Mafia 1 is better than the new mafia.
