I guess so, as it never looked "like full of viruses" to me, nor have I ever had any issues with it.

After nearly one hundred downloads from that site, I'm yet to see anything with a virus.

to be honest I got the same feeling when I visited them for the first time, but they are pretty clean. I used virustotal on almost everything I got from them for a month, nothing came out
