I would recommend you the band ' Megaherz '. Sounds the same like Rammstein but they have much better german lyrics than the group of 'Till Lindemann'.

Schandmaul Folk Rock / Metal ( rather rock than metal )

The folk part of 'Letzte Instanz' is not that big .. they uses fiddlers in all of there songs.

Good Songs:

Letzte Instanz - Herzdame
Letzte Instanz - Bittere Nacht
Letzte Instanz - In meiner Erinnerung
Letzte Instanz - Das schönste Lied der Welt

Acutally you can't put them in any genre .. they have folk pop/rock songs like Herzdame and they have also 'louder/harder' songs like 'Das schönste Lied der Welt'.
