I'm afraid I can't help too much with that, though. It's said that if you regularly upload quality FLAC rips to What and Waffles for a long, you may be "noticed" and offered an invite. Otherwise, a friend of yours who's already in has to vouch for you, and in all cases you have to prove you have ripping knowledge, and so on. As you can tell from their rarity and low amount of users, it's not an easy task.

However, if you're a casual lossless downloader, chances are you should be more than fine with the two Ws. If for some reason you still want a FLAC-only tracker, try your luck with LW's invite application:

You need to know how to use EAC and make at least one good rip if you want to join, two requirements you appear not to comply with.

so, EAC rips music tracks from a CD to wave files (that have the .wav extension) that are stored in my computer. EAC can only rip to .wav. It can not "rip to FLAC" or "rip to mp3", etc.

I just created a .wav file. I'll let you know when I'll rip it to flac.

...now I have some files with .cue extension. It's getting better! :D

Correct, although you can easily configure EAC to run flac.exe at the end of the ripping process to convert those files to FLAC, or lame.exe for MP3 conversion.

I'd advice you read everything in the guide carefully, because EAC isn't exactly a "works out of the box" program.

Good luck to senegal applying to a lossless tracker that requires you to make your own rip when he doesn't even know how to do it. He should stick with what.cd or waffles for now.
